How We Clear Your Shipment

Submit Your Documents

Send us your commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading by email or through our document portal. For recurring clients, we build a product profile so later shipments require even less effort from you.

We Review & Classify

Our broker reviews all documentation, assigns HS tariff codes, determines country of origin, evaluates FTA eligibility (CUSMA, CETA, CPTPP), and calculates applicable duty and tax. We catch issues before CBSA does.

Pre-Arrival Filing

We file ACI or PAPS electronically with CBSA before your shipment reaches the border. This means CBSA is ready to release your goods the moment the carrier arrives โ€” no waiting in line for paperwork review.

Release & Confirmation

Your goods are released by CBSA. We send you the entry details, confirmation of release, and any duty/tax statement. For CARM-enrolled clients, your monthly statement is reconciled and explained clearly.
